This was my dog's vet up until a few moments ago. I brought in my sick dog for an emergency visit and while the women at the front desk was kind and compassionate the veterinarian wouldn't even look at us. Naturally had the receptionist/tech deliver the message. Not someone I can trust with the health of my dog at all.

The great thing about this hospital is that the doctors and staff are especially knowledgeable and welcoming for your pet. My pets see Dr. Boren and Dr. Fabiano as well as Dr. Karlecke. Every doctor knows my animals and treats them as if they're their own. If they have to have a consult with a Boarded Specialist, they're off to the Paramus 24/7 location which is an extraordinary hospital, the only Vet Cot certified hospital in Bergen County, as well as a Federal Trauma Center. I highly recommend this gem in Hasbrouck Heights

My family took my dog here in his last hours and they were very responsive at first. I was driving down from Massachusetts and being the dog's owner, I was in constant contact with the doctor as she was telling me of his updates and paths we could take. I made it just in time to say goodbye and this is where the decrease in stars happen. Can't recommend Dr. Boren enough, especially if you have a reptile. Recently, my little painted turtle developed a respiratory infection. This group was able to squeeze me in right away so she could be seen immediately. Although I couldn't come inside due to COVID, Dr. Boren and his team filled me in on what was happening with her and then provided me with a clear treatment plan. I had a good experience with this appt. it was my first and they were very attentive and handled the situation with covid well. I talked to the doctor on the phone after the visit and she explained things well and answered all my questions

We switched to this group when we moved and are so happy we did! We've been experiencing some stomach issues with our new kitten and the staff has been helping us get to the bottom of it. I appreciate the fact that they're not immediately jumping to expensive diagnostic tests or treatments, but instead are trying to work with us to find out the issue with our pet and the best treatment for him. I come to this place because is near were I live people nice and the doctor but the try to squeeze the las dólar you have visit for vaccines that was the reason I wen turn into a $900 dollars bill and my dot only need vaccinations
