Very nice veterinarian office which has a pretty large waiting room to avoid pet-on-pet complications; you still have to be careful near the door if you have a wild one (we do). The veternarian and staff are nice and concise and the available options regarding vaccinations and other treatments are presented to you beforehand. Unfortunately this place has changed. Their new young male vet tech is very unprofessional and discourteous. I was going to this location since 2017. When i was dealing Vet tech Dononfrio , she was amazing and professional. This new male vet tech needs to take lessons about customer service. I will gladly take my dog to a different vet. And give them the Business. One love in bay ridge needs a serious management/ tech change.

This is a wonderful practice. Dr. Zafarnia and Alejandro are fantastic professionals. It's so fortunate to have a place like this right here in the neighborhood. Dr. Z and Alejandro have been able to administer exams and shots to my very fractious senior cat without general anesthesia while other practices have insisted she needed it for routine exams. Used to be good, but their new vet tech knows nothing of customer service - they even went so far as to threaten me by saying the "phone call is being recorded" after I questioned their statements. Nothing to hide and told them sure go ahead and review the call, but wow what a tactic! - Note that any good business will inform their customers that calls are being recorded at the beginning of the call not in the middle. Most unprofessional spot ever, never again. They charge you 360 for a check up, and don’t even do a proper checkup, so I thought I’d mentioned it on the spot. I Brought my dog in again a few months after (thinking it wouldn’t happen again) and since I addressed them about the “good job” they do, they won’t help my dog. I’m just saying instead of being mad at the customer? Do a better job.
