Took our cat for an exam and had a great experience from beginning to end! Really nice large waiting area with cookies and coffee :) Receptionist Darlissea is thorough and sweet. She explained the payments and charges, worked around our availability, and managed complex records. We walked in and hardly had to wait at all. Vet tech Kristin is warm and smart. Unfortunately this place has changed. Their new young male vet tech is very unprofessional and discourteous. I was going to this location since 2017. When i was dealing Vet tech Dononfrio , she was amazing and professional. This new male vet tech needs to take lessons about customer service. I will gladly take my dog to a different vet. And give them the Business. One love in bay ridge needs a serious management/ tech change.
It's the best veterinary service I've ever gotten. A breath of fresh air coming from private and unprofessional veterinarians. The staff is amazing 😍 Shot out to Orian!
Very nice veterinarian office which has a pretty large waiting room to avoid pet-on-pet complications; you still have to be careful near the door if you have a wild one (we do). The veternarian and staff are nice and concise and the available options regarding vaccinations and other treatments are presented to you beforehand. This is nice because you can review which are the necessities and which are just nice-to-have (e.g. I don't take my dog in the woods so I'll just roll the dice on the tick prevention and save $150). This is a wonderful practice. Dr. Zafarnia and Alejandro are fantastic professionals. It's so fortunate to have a place like this right here in the neighborhood. Dr. Z and Alejandro have been able to administer exams and shots to my very fractious senior cat without general anesthesia while other practices have insisted she needed it for routine exams.
