We've been coming both here and the Bay Ridge location for a decade now and have always been impressed. Today, they were able to squeeze my cat in after he had a dizzy spell. They never nickel and dime us, and are always up front about charges, as well as show legitimate care and compassion for our animals. Highly recommended vet.

I took my dog Kiwi here for an annual check-up after moving to the area and couldn't be happier with the care received! Dr. Kim took lots of time to sit with us and played with Kiwi while listening to our concerns and explaining everything clearly and compassionately. Kiwi has needed a muzzle at past vet visits but this time she stayed calm thanks to Dr. Kim and assistant Germain's great positive energy. Overpriced and lackluster chain of vets whose staff (with the exception of a select few outstanding vets/nurses) are rude, highly inconsistent, or don’t seem to care. It took us several visits with several vets before we found one who took our concerns seriously, worked to develop a plan for our sick kitty with us, and genuinely helped make a difference for our baby. One Love helped us through one of the most heartbreaking days of our lives—saying goodbye to our beloved 12-year-old tabby, Simba. I've been bringing my dog, Layla, to the Boerum Hill location for six years. Recently, Layla and I have been seeing Dr. Kim and I am so grateful for her knowledge, empathy, compassion, and all the help she has provided. As you can see from the photo, my dog (who is 16 now!) loves going to the vet. Thank you for everything you do! Highly recommend!
