I knew we'd have a great experience as soon as I walked into the office with 3 kittens and mama Pajama in tow, and was greeted by excited cooing from the whole staff. Dr. Kim and the team at One Love have been amazing partners to help my family navigate our cat's health needs. Every team member there is friendly, patient, and never in a rush to get away from my hundreds of questions. Highest marks from me !
The staff at One Love was so helpful and caring with my cat! They were able to see us right away and treat him. Dr. Kim was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind.
We've been coming both here and the Bay Ridge location for a decade now and have always been impressed. Today, they were able to squeeze my cat in after he had a dizzy spell. They never nickel and dime us, and are always up front about charges, as well as show legitimate care and compassion for our animals. Highly recommended vet.
Overpriced and lackluster chain of vets whose staff (with the exception of a select few outstanding vets/nurses) are rude, highly inconsistent, or don’t seem to care. It took us several visits with several vets before we found one who took our concerns seriously, worked to develop a plan for our sick kitty with us, and genuinely helped make a difference for our baby. One Love helped us through one of the most heartbreaking days of our lives—saying goodbye to our beloved 12-year-old tabby, Simba.
