We love this office. The veterinarian as well as the staff are caring and professional.

Dr. Ned saved my dog’s life. Back in 2020, I visited several vets in Turlock to try and figure out why my dog “Moose” suddenly had no energy or appetite. With nothing but vague answers and theories, I trusted my gut and tried one more clinic. Dr. Ned here at Oakdale Veterinary Group took him in, ran tests, and diagnosed him with Addison’s disease. A disease that is fatal if left untreated. I will forever remember the care and the attention this practice gave to my dog (and to me) in such a hard time.

10 stars for Dr. Ned Trathan and OVG! I worked as an Assistant at two Vet clinics, and for 10 years as a Volunteer, managed the medical care for a busy Dog Rescue. So I speak from experience with different Vets and clinics all over the Bay Area, and different medical issues for (literally) hundreds of dogs. Needless to say, I have high standards when it comes to medical care for my own (5) Furbabies. We have moved here in 2020 with our two pups and only ever came in for annual check ups and some minor things until this year. One of our dogs got sick very fast and within a couple months was too sick and we ended up having to put him to sleep. During that time frame I can’t thank the staff and dr Walsh enough for their amazing care and compassion they had for not only our dog but for me and my husband as well. Definitely one of the best vets we have ever been to and our family appreciates them so much.

After doing extreme research for a vet who specializes in LLLOP.Tore ligaments on our dog,s back leg.The prices were crazy and the Veterinarian didn't do the operation them self.I was able to contact OVG and able to get my dog in,with in 24 hrs.The prices were about half of what I had been quoted. The price was all inclusive. As we went through the operation, we met others bring their dogs in from all over North California. I highly recommend this place. Brought my newly rescued sick puppy today. I had been calling around and no one could see him, a local vet office recommended OVG and I couldn't be happier. The staff is so friendly and I LOVED the vet. Prices were reasonable especially for an urgent care. I found our new vet office!
