I went to Oakdale Veterinary group for a consultation as a new patient with my Schnauzer Madison diagnosed presumably a tumor in the abdomen. I wanted a 2nd opinion to see what my options are and went to Dr Trathan, the surgeon at OVG who was highly recommended by a couple of business client friends who have had orthopedic surgeries done there successfully. Brought our cat Betty in for the first time. She had been in a cat fight and had a serious laceration on her side. What a top notch staff and facility they have there. Betty was well taken care of and was treated with the best care. Glad I found this place I will never go anywhere else. Thanks Steve R

I've only been here once. Unfortunately, it was to put my Brother's dog down. My Brother passed away last November & we took JoJo. I was impressed with the employees.

My 4 yr. old lab/pittie tore both his knees from constant jumping and running. He was in alot of pain, lots of pain meds. We were referred to Dr. Ned from our Veterinarian. Best decision we have ever made. The whole office from front desk, to techs, to Dr. Ned were excellent. The patience they had with us and all our questions and concerns. I live in Sonora CA. I have been to several Veterinary Clinics in town to only be met with disrespect, dishonesty, non-caring and greed. I cannot give enough accolades to Oakdale Veterinary Group. They are Honest, respectful, professional and caring. I have 2 dogs and 5 cats. I finally have peace of mind knowing they will be treated with the utmost care, respect and kindness they deserve.

This is the best veterinarian hospital in the area. The staff is caring and very knowledgeable. I feel safe bringing my dog here.
We cannot say enough praise for Dr. Ned and his team. We were heartbroken when our terrier dog Hooper was injured and required TPLO surgery. We were so blessed to find this state of the art clinic. Everyone was so kind, especially Dr. Ned, who took the time to explain everything. We were comforted to know that Dr. Ned does a lot of these procedures, sometimes several in one day, so he is well experienced in the procedure.
