We are a primarily small animal practice, that focuses on practical medicine, client education, and building the bond between our clients and their pets. We are proud of the fact that we’re not a corporately owned practice. Why? We believe that in order to practice exceptional veterinary medicine, it’s important to really take our time to get to know clients and patients on an individual level.

Took one of my dogos in for an ear infection today. Was asked if I wanted to do the annual exam that is due in December. I declined and told them I would bring both of them back in December and that I could not afford it today. At check out I was charged over $300 and I asked why, the receptionist said they did shots and yearly exam. WOW. I send my husband to buy frontline plus in single doses for our 3 dogs and they over charged him. For the price of 3 single doses we could bought both packages for all 3 dogs. This is not the first bad experience with them. Never going back!!! After my first bad experience with them I found an excellent Veterinarian, little far from Williamsburg but is worth it (Hilton Animal Hospital). I'm sorry but we are NOT going back to Noah's Ark Veterinary Hospital.
