So excited to have found NEST Pet Retreat! We joist dropped off our pup for a few days and had a really good experience. I like the fact that health is first and foremost and they have a detailed questionnaire to make sure your dog is healthy and up to date on everything they need! Then before and during drop off, they ask questions about your dogs habits to better understand them! The place is beautiful- the lobby is so pretty that we would be happy staying there! Terrible service! In my opinion, two strikes and you're done! The previous instance when we brought our dog there, they misplaced our leash - such carelessness! Today, we arrived for our scheduled appointment only to be informed that it had been canceled. I had the confirmation text for the appointment, and when I inquired, I was told I made the appointment at 8 am on Tuesday and it was canceled an hour later. Good Evening, It is inevitable with large numbers of dogs that personal leads will occasionally get mixed. As such we actually reiterated upon arrival to your family that we do not retain personal leads, but convert instead to our facility leads to bring dogs to their NESTs, sending personal leads home. It was insisted we retain the family lead in case a different family member retrieved your dog. Against our protocol, we retained your lead.
