Great vet. Went here once just cause of amazing regular hours (7am-10pm mon-fri) in order to avoid emergency room vet prices. Place is very clean and nice and 2 vets here are both great. After years of using vca and banfield I switched with just 1 visit and I won't go anywhere else. If u live anywhere near the south loop this is the best vet by far and its an easy decision
Metro vet is the best vet I've been to! My dog, Sammie was hit by a car and the ER vet we went to wanted to either do an expensive surgery or amputate her leg. We then brought her here to Dr. Jacobs to have her leg amputated, but she was able to completely save her leg! After some visits to keep her wound clean and to let it heal she is now back to almost normal!! We are so thankful we found Metro Vet!
Had a vet emergency tonight and unknowingly showed up 30 minutes later than they normally take the last patient. The vet looked at my dog and treated her anyway due to her injuries. I was repeatedly apologetic for keeping them there late, but they were incredibly nice about it. Well maintained and clean facility. Friendly, helpful, and caring staff. I felt like my dog was very well taken care of there. Can't say enough good things about my experience!
