Had to bring our puppy Brodie in after 8pm. He got into an old package of rat poison. We weren’t sure if any or how much he may have eaten. We were instructed to bring him in and they induced vomiting right away. Luckily they didn’t find any poison. So thankful they were open until 10pm to administer the treatment for our puppy. The staff, from front desk to the vets and vet assistants are all wonderful and truly care for animals. I’m so glad we found MetroVet Center!!!
This past Monday our 14yr Lab Bluebird took a turn for the worse. We were turned away at her vets office across the street because of “only” two hours left till closing. So I went up the street to MetroVet as a walk-in for help. @8:00pm Birdy was laid to rest. Our thanks to the compassionate staff for helping our girl.
I feel lucky to have found MetroVet for both my elderly cats. I received caring, non-judgmental advice and never felt pressured to follow a certain treatment -- nor negligent for opting for another course of treatment. In my 20+ years owning cats, this is by far, the best experience I have had with vets.
The team here is friendly and professional. Our dog had an issue where a urinalysis was done and they found bacteria in his urine/bladder. He was on prescription pills they gave us and all seemed well. Being an overprotective pet owner i decided to have Metro perform one more urinalysis to make sure the issue was gone, results came back saying he still had an issue. I absolutely love Dr Jacobs and the practice. We have been coming here for 3.5 years. She provides my dogs the care I want for myself. She listens and makes well-supported treatment recommendations. I recommend her to friends and neighbors all the time.
My pups go to a different vet but when one of my babies needed to be seen immediately I was able to get in the same day probably because of their extended hours. The staff is extremely friendly and Dr Natarajan is awesome. Thank you everyone.
