Metro Vet Center is THE BEST for so many reasons. From a routine exam standpoint, their hours of operation are super helpful. It's nearly impossible for me to schedule vet visits throughout my work day, so i really appreciate their extended hours. Literately every, single employee is sincerely nice - and it's the sincerity that wins me over. Most importantly though, was how they were there for me and Lola when we had an emergency. LOVE this place. They seem to understand cats pretty well and was surprised at how affordable the Senior screen was compared to other places in Chicago... They take time explaining everything to make sure you are comfortable, more important that my old kitty is happy and comfortable. I'm very pleased...!

We recently moved to the area and had not found a new vet quite yet when our dog was cut at a dog park. After calling several vets we called the metropolitan veterinary center and they were able to squeeze us in. They we so incredibly kind and reviewed all of our options with us prior to stitching our little guy up. We will definitely go here as long as we live in Chicago!

I brought my dog here on a Sunday with no scheduled appointment. I waited only 15 minutes until someone could see us. Everyone took a lot of time and care, and I appreciated both the courtesy of the front desk and the kindness of the doctors. I had been at another vet just two days earlier-- not till I went to Metrovet did they actually diagnose lymphoma. Probably my best vet experience, under sad circumstances.

I did a lot of research before selecting them. The vets are very experienced, have impressive backgrounds and experience and are extremely knowledgeable. The rates and hours cannot be beat and they have some of the major and important diagnostic equipment on site such as an ultrasound machine which most practices do not - this gives me tremendous peace of mind. I would recommend them to everyone who cares about their pets health. I am thrilled that my Capucine is one of their regular clients.

Metro Vet Center is a great vet center for so many reasons!! They are open when noone else is, EVERYONE (literally every single person in their office) is super friendly and most all, they don't rush you, they are patient and understanding of your questions. ALL doctors on staff are extremely warm and kind and very easy to talk to! This place is phenomenal! The vets and staff are warm and friendly, the place is super clean and professional, and my puppy loves to visit (maybe not so much after he says goodbye to his two best friends...). I highly recommend Metro Vet to anyone looking for a vet in Chicago, not just in the South Loop.

If you live in the South Loop this is, in my opinion, the best place to take your pet. I was drawn to Metro Vet because of their awesome hours of operation. The staff is friendly and efficient. I love the online portal where I can see dates for upcoming vaccines and tests. My dog has a special medical condition and so far they've handled her case with proficiency. I couldn't be happier with Metro Vet!
