Very kind and always treat my dog respectfully. There might be "cheaper" veterinary care, but I'm willing to pay alittle extra so my dog will be treated like I would want to be treated A pet is a member of your family. I trust Dr. Natarajan checking on my dog. She does a great job.

Dr. Natarajan is the best! I took my little baby here after moving a few months ago and Dr. Natarajan took such great care of her! The front desk staff is always friendly, albeit they are always busy, but never too busy to help!

We have lost two dogs now and the care at Metropolitan Veterinary Center couldn't have been more supportive! Thousands of thanks to Dr. Jacobs, Dr. Natarajan and the entire staff! The experience and kindness of these amazing humanitarians really makes this veterinary clinic one of the best we have ever experienced.

My dog is pretty neurotic and afraid of almost everyone/everything, but the staff here always knows how to put her at ease. She loves Dr. Ennis in particular. We've brought her in for everything from nail trims to stomach problems and ear infections, and the whole staff has taken great care of her every time.

Another 5 star review for MetroVet. Our Lola wasn't feeling too well, and despite having been to MetroVet before, it had been awhile because we have indoor cats only... their car is more minimal. They got us in and provided amazing care to our Lola. We continue to be impressed by their professionalism and flexibility. Our girl got x-rays, put to sleep (to make her more tolerable at the Dr), and given medicine to get her on the upswing. Thanks MetroVet, we'll see you this summer for their vaccines.

I have been taking my French Bulldog, Herman, to Metropolitan Veterinary Center for 2 years. Herman has seen Dr. Jacobs several times. She is professional, caring, and listens to my concerns and worries about Herman. Today I contacted Dr. Jacobs because we are leaving on vacation this week. I found Metropolitan Veterinary Center through Yelp. I noticed that they had a 5 star rating and immediately read the reviews. After going through multiple vets and animal hospitals, I finally found the one! I soon realized, first hand, why MVC had such a great rating. I took my cat Muse here after feeling like she was being misdiagnosed at another vet. We recently adopted a rescue dog from Anti-Cruelty and needed a new vet in the south loop area. We had used another vet for years by Dearborn Park for a dog we rescued when we lived in DP. MVC is a few blocks from our current home in the Prairie Historical District so we checked them out. We had very positive word of mouth recommendations from neighbors. All of the staff is great, from the people at the desk, the techs and the vets. We love the extended hours, especially on weekends.
