I cannot say enough amazing things about this clinic. I just love them and I'm thankful for their services. Our personal vet clinic closed at noon and refused to see our dog that was having bleeding issues today bc they were closing in 30 minutes from when I called. Then they offered me a time for tomorrow evening which is unacceptable. I told them no thanks and called Main street and they got Champ right in and took amazing care with them. I love this vet office! They took us in on a Saturday, when my dog hurt her claw/paw. They had never seen us before. They were so sweet to my girl and took great care of her. My dog is really leery of people, but took to everyone in this office quickly. Then, they called to check up on her a few days afterwards. They really care about your pets and treat them as if they were their own. This is by far the best vet office in Norman.
I've been taking my pets to MSVH since it first opened. Dr. Shafer-Ray is kind and very knowledgeable--as are the staff and other vets at the practice. They've always gone above and beyond for my pets. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!
I have taken my Cockatiels here several times on exam visits & the staff here were friendly & helpful. One of my birds had passed away & I wanted her cremated. They were so helpful on contacting a place in Okc that would do it. It's been about 4 yrs ago & I still have my Sheila(ashes) with me. Love this place! ❤
