My issue is with there website it says affordable surgery on the service page but when I called they said they don't offer surgery. Misleading and disappointing.

Will never take a pet here again. Had blood work done on my dog and get the call with the results saying his potassium levels are high and needs to be seen by an emergency vet asap. Get to the ER several tests and $650 later, all the results come back normal!! ER vet thinks there could've been a transport or lab error on low cost pet vet's end. Spend the extra money and go to a legit vet facility first.

I have three cats that I have brought in for vaccines. Everyone from front staff, to vet assistants and the doctor have always been friendly, kind and gentle when handling my kitties. While not a fancy place, I see the staff always puts up seasonal holiday decor in the waiting area. I feel my kitties are in good hands when I bring them in.

Level of service , my small shitzu Phoebe was given to me with bleeding nail and it went unnoticed by the staff?? My dog is traumatized by anything that has to do with paws , I can't even try to file cut nor pet her near paws !! Very Sad ! If they cared a little bit more I wouldn't be upset , but the attitude with how it was handled wasn't to the same standards as there Prices $!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is ridiculous and absolutely absolutely not worth saving a couple dollars. Save yourself and your dog a headache and bad trip and go vanguard mobile clinic.

Do not come here, they are not low cost AT ALL & don't even give you the right diagnosis of your pet. First I brought my dog for what I thought was a hernia they said it was a ball of fat nothing to worry about I said ok but they said she had heart worms and needs medicine that was over $600 for the appointment and medicine I bring her back to get fixed they said she doesn't have ovaries but yet she gets her period so how does that even make sense, then they said they can still do the surgery but it will cost more than what ... read more

The building is under construction/ remodeling. Very warm in the building as well. They were able to get me in rather fast to get my set up with an appointment and paid $99 for all her vaccinations. But the reason I'm giving this a one star is the way they handle my German Shepard who is my service dog. Granted they may have had a bad encounter before but it was very uncomfortable for me. I took my new cat here for his vaccines and we were treated great. This is definitely not in the fancy veterinary hospital and to be honest they don't try to be. They offer good prices and the veterinarian that helped me was honest and upfront about what options for most price friendly. This place definitely for the good service to the neighborhood.

their website says to email to set up an appointment. never even got an email back. decided to email them again. nothing. didnt even go but that already was a red flag. lack of communication with customers/potential customers is startling and such a turn off.
