attention pet owners i lost my dog today while taking her to get low cost pet vaxs at the irving location today and i feel i should let everyone know so maybe it will not happen to anyone else my 3 yr old larger besenji i raised from baby and while i myself was carring my first born child which is now 2yr5 months old she was my daughters puppy but very protective and not other animal friendly once i arrived i let them know this it was poring and i was not comfortable standing outside in a social dist line waiting with ... read more

I called for my dogs Surgery and the receptionist just wanted my money didn't ask who I was what type of animal it was if it was a male or female. I asked her if I could speak with somebody who is familiar with my dog and she said OK I spoke with the man he was very nice and professional and I was setting up for my appointment. Later on I got a call from the vet himself telling me that The girl said that I was rude to her so he wanted me to find another vet. This is by far, hands down the worst veterinarian (Dr. Rod Munsell) that I have ever encountered in my life!! My dog broke his leg in March of this year and when we initially brought him in to be seen they had a veterinarian by the name of Josh Sanabria who was very good to work with. When I took my dog in for his regular 2 week appointment last Friday to have his cast changed Dr. Munsell was incredibly rude and very unprofessional!! Dont not take your pets her they are not gentle with the animal. On shot they shooting up the dog noise got shot in my eye and mouth. You can t by flea meds unless you pay the 12.00 each animal for lost commission. Its not about the animal its bad management And very poor veterinary service

My mother tried calling to ask if she could refill our dogs flea treatment. She was on the phone with this vet for over an hour on and off of hold because the clerk at the front was claiming they were extremely busy. She spoke with three seperate employees all of which put her on hold for several minutes at a time. No names where given. By the end of the conversation the clerk got on the phone and said "we cannot help you right now, we are too busy" and hung up.
