I was told about this place by a family member and I am super thankful I chose to take our dog Ghost here! They were able to see us pretty quickly and the entire process went smoothly. Andres was great and the dr was friendly. This was our first true vet experience and I'm so happy it was a positive one for our furry son! We were given clear instructions and helpful information. We recently moved to Irving so looking for a new vet was imperative for our precious fur-baby Mona. After googling and reading the previous reviews, we brought her in for what we now know is a uti. Caleb was super helpful and caring towards Mona. She's a pit bull with a very intense stare so she can seem intimidating but he immediately made her feel comfortable. Wow! Sooo glad I found this place. Super friendly staff and affordable prices. Also, they serve you at your appt time and don't make you wait in the lobby long. Kalib was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my dog's condition. I left feeling confident my dog will get well and like a good pet mother for taking her to the right place (and one that I could afford). Staff give plenty of treats to make your dog feel welcome. Thank you!!!

My baby Cruz got neutered there today and I could not have asked for a better team. When I picked him up a few of the techs were playing with him which made me even more confident that I picked the best vet around not to mention the amazing prices. If you want your animals treated like you would want them treated, I 100% recommend Low Cost Pet Vet!

I foster kittens and ended up having to take full responsibility for a litter of three, and a single male kitten because the shelters in the area are full. After discovering bad fleas and ticks and noticing that one of my little females was clearly sick I brought them in without any heads up or appointment. I had to wait for a little because other people there did have appointments but the staff was very kind and offered a room for me and the kittens away from the lobby. They took our 3 animals as a last minute walk-in (we called about a half hour before we arrived) for wellness and vaccines. Pricing was explained thoroughly and was in line with the name of the clinic. The vet tech and the vet were both so kind and warmhearted with our two cats and BIG dog - and were sure to make my fiancee and I clear on everything they were talking about, and comfortable to boot! Can't wait to see this crew again soon :)

I took my dog here to get her spayed because the prices were so reasonable. During surgery, they found a tumor. I hate to say we didn't have the money to remove it because who wants to admit something like that but it's reality. I was devastated. They said they would remove it anyway and we could pay it out a little at a time! They also remembered us when we came to pick her up! Love these people!
