******, educate your clients and explain policies. I also asked three times for an estimate to be made while I was in the clinic and have yet to receive one. I also wanted a couple of masses looked at and she neglected to tell the doctor, and instead of restraining my pet for his exam the doctor wrangled him alone leaving me flustered and forgetting to say anything. My pet, and my wallet now have to pay for your negligence.
Extremely uncooperative. My dogs went without heartworm prevention for months due to this vet refusing to release the prescription to a third party. I ended up having to go to the vet twice in person to get this medicine for my dogs. Will never use this vet again.
My dog who is usually not sick and very active had a seizure late night 11/16/2021 he was shaking and his jaws were locked biting down on his tongue and he urinated on himself. Immediately I begun looking for a vet to take him to. I found "Low Cost Pet Vet" I filled out the online form to go in on the 17th they called my boyfriends phone and said they do walk ins early in they morning to come in at 8AM on 11/18 cool as long as my dog is taken care of then we will do what we have to.
