This veterinary hospital has been nothing short of amazing in helping me and my grandma's cat Sherbert I took in last year when she passed. All the staff has been awesome and so compassionate. And Dr. G is absolutely amazing!! He's been so great in helping diagnose and treat my furbaby. He's so patient, kind, and so professional. Brought my cat in today because he was having seizures. The doctor and staff were so nice and helpful. They help me come up with the best plan for my cat and his seizures. They communicate everything they were doing the whole time, which made me feel really comfortable.
What a quick response to my needs. However after his surgery to repair his acl the Vet hospital staff are all incompetent.They Sent me home with the wrong dosages on the labels for his medication!! He cried all night and the next day before I asked for pain meds which they did not send home. The worst is the wrapped up his opposite leg with the needle stuck still in his arm. We took in our cat Bella due to a large facial abcess, the Dr's and staff at Lone Tree Veterinary were top notch at getting her taken care of. They were able to address our needs promptly and checked in several times after surgery to make sure that we were doing well and to answer any questions we may have had. Their staff is compassionate
