The whole staff was very loving and understanding. Prices are very reasonable. My little kitty was well cared for and felt very comfortable for the situation.
Dr. Moore is top notch! My dog’s first visit there her team got down on the floor and got to know Milo. Milo is a large lab who became lap dog there. It was fun to see. Dr. Moore explained to me in detail of my dog’s situation and made me feel at ease and not dismissed of my concerns. She and her team take the time to listen and explain what’s going on. I feel myself and Milo are part of the Lone Star Family! Thank you!
Dr Moore is an amazing doctor! She caught my dog’s heart murmur when another vet missed it, and did a fantastic job explaining his options and helping me come up with a comprehensive treatment plan. When he suddenly developed a mysterious mass, she took care of it swiftly and followed through on his care by calling a couple times to see how he was feeling after surgery. Dr. Moore is invested in the care of your pet. She takes the time to learn about your pet and explain whatever is going on and the treatment options. The facility is clean and calm which, for my high anxiety dog, is needed.
Dr. Moore was amazing with my geriatric cat. My cat had a flare of a previous health condition just before we were to leave town on vacation. She took the time to listen to what was going on, worked with the boarding facility to ensure my cat was getting the treatment she needed and stayed in touch with us by phone about what tests/treatment was needed, and why.
