Dr. Bob is awesome! Today, super last minute I called with an issue with my dog and he went out of his way (with I’m sure a busy schedule) to help me. I beyond appreciate his and his clinics help. He is a genuine, kind individual, along with his awesome staff!
The staff is literally amazing. The head vet is our favorite vet, EVER. He's highly knowledgeable and so good at his job but also super down to earth and a genuinely kind human. Our girl LOVES going in for checkups! Her doggie acl surgery was super successful, and we couldn't be happier with our experiences there!
Absolutely my favorite vet's office! I have taken my dog to 3 other vets in his lifetime and none of them have been as personable with him and as informative for me. My dog recently needed surgery to remove a cyst. Other vets told me he was too old (he's a 9 year old mixed toy poodle). Lakeshore could see that he was very energetic and would have no problem handling this type of surgery. They trusted their ability and knew he would be fine. The staff and doctors are amazing with my resue pittie. Moose loves everyone there and he's treated so well.
Staff is so friendly. My old female pit bull is nothing but tail wagging and big smile when we go for wellness check.
