I brought my 2 year old Rott here to get fixed. The vet seemed very irritated and told me he wasn't interested in fixing him cause he was too big.I then had my 12 year old yorkie in and she had a oral exam which resulted in a cancer diagnosis.He also seemed reluctant to do her surgery but I persisted.He called and said it was unsuccessful but billed me for services I did not ask for.Like another oral exam.Which was even more than the original 1.I called them saying she was bleeding alot and they said just stuff a gauze in h... read more
Dr. Bob is awesome! Today, super last minute I called with an issue with my dog and he went out of his way (with I’m sure a busy schedule) to help me. I beyond appreciate his and his clinics help. He is a genuine, kind individual, along with his awesome staff!
Absolutely my favorite vet's office! I have taken my dog to 3 other vets in his lifetime and none of them have been as personable with him and as informative for me. My dog recently needed surgery to remove a cyst. Other vets told me he was too old (he's a 9 year old mixed toy poodle). Lakeshore could see that he was very energetic and would have no problem handling this type of surgery. They trusted their ability and knew he would be fine. The staff is literally amazing. The head vet is our favorite vet, EVER. He's highly knowledgeable and so good at his job but also super down to earth and a genuinely kind human. Our girl LOVES going in for checkups! Her doggie acl surgery was super successful, and we couldn't be happier with our experiences there!
They are amazing Vet and have treated my "Athena" (200 lb St.Bernard ) Doc calls her a bear lol With so much love and caring .. Love my Vet !!!!
