Not sure how they won best Vet? They have terrible customer service. I made an appointment and then they canceled it with a 2 hour warning on a Friday when you can't call back and talk to them. Then they canceled it without telling me and I had my dog in the car with my kid and poop that they asked for. When I called on Monday to have it fixed they didn't do anything about it. Terrible. I don’t recommend any one taking their beloved pets to La Cumbre Animal Hospital unless the parents are rich an stupid. Our young, almost two year old pug almost died because of La Cumbre Animal Hospital. They charged us soo much money for nothing! Every visit was blood work, with no truthful results about what was really going on with her. All they could say was her white an red blood cell count was not normal. Just a $600 bill. Every time!
