We have been bringing our pets to Kindred since moving to Kyle a few years ago, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care they receive. My dog recently had a procedure where he was put under for dental work and a cyst removal. The procedure itself went well I am assuming due to the fact that my dogs stitches look perfect and are healing nicely hence for the 2 stars. When I went to pick my dog up the staff had no information for me. I had to ask all the questions and if I didn’t have a question, words were not spoken to me. Highly reccomend Kindred Animal Hospital! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable space for both pets and their owners. Both the vet tech and veternarian who tended to our pup were gentle and kind. SO happy we found our new vet clinic!
I called Kindred this morning to schedule an appointment for my miniature schnauzer, who had been coughing for a week. To my surprise, they had a 2:30 pm appointment available the same day. As a new patient, the appointment setup and check-in process were both incredibly easy. I waited only 2 minutes before the technician arrived, and Dr. Bunting saw my dog within 3 minutes after that. Everyone here was so great! I have a nervous dog and they were able to handle her. The Vet came and sat down with me and my pup and was very attentive and actively listened to all of my questions and concerns. We will be returning in the future for all of our vet needs.
