Dr. Nie and Courtney have been wonderful to work with and trust in care for our Shih Tzu who has been experiencing herniated disc/back issues since Nov. 2018. Through our interactions the whole staff is very caring and kind. I'm so thankful we discovered this clinic and the holistic services they provide. Our baby girl, Jackie, is 13 years old and she was diagnosed by another vet with CKD 2/2019.. we wouldn't have noticed except she had lost weight, she was still acting the same. Soon after the diagnosis, she began to be fussy with food and not wanting to eat the homemade kidney diet food we were making her anymore. UNCARING IN A TIME OF EXTREME DISTRESS. When my sister, whose Doberman was a patient, informed this vet she scheduled an in-home euthanization (dog has bone cancer), he chastized her for not following HIS preferred course of treatment. Nie offered no in-home service, only CRITICISM instead of COMMON SYMPATHY as my sister struggled through palliative care. Be prepared for pressure to spend lots of cash for his alternative care plans when in fact your dog is dying and needs hospice care instead. For shame, Mr. Nie.
