We came to this Vet practice today after our dog had become ill this morning, and our regular vet had no availability. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Celano. Her kindness and compassion upon our first meeting was so reassuring, and her knowledge and diagnosis was so comforting, as well as her assurance that she would be available during the weekend if needed. The staff was wonderful, and the space was welcoming and sparkling clean. Great veterinary practice. Thank you!
We came here with our 12 year old, diabetic cat having a seizure due to his blood sugar being too low. Dr. Kay was phenomenal. She was calm, reassuring and decisive about the appropriate course of treatment. I knew my fluff nugget would need to stay to stabilize. Long story short, Walter, the patient, came home not to worse for the wear. I received updates throughout his stay and we were not surprised by the reasonable cost for the care. Just had a wonderful visit with Dr Celano! Our pup loves her gentle techniques. All staff lovely and helpful. Grateful to have a Saturday appointment for an unexpected issue.
I was taking my precious cat Nellie in for exams check earsetc. Not once did they take blood work stool sample check her teeth etc..now she has problems .she needs a operation she needs dental work she has a parasite etc.. Hickory likes taking your money but, not once did a full exam on my girl now shes paying for it...Dont take your animal ther they dont do what u pay for.. or care . I now go to East wind animal hospital in Willow Grove they are amazing and the Doctors wonderful. If they would of caught this at hickory it... read more
We started coming to the practice when we adopted a puppy that ended up having worms. Our vet wasn’t able to see us and we called around to several vets in the area with no luck. Thankfully we ended up calling Hickory Veterinary Primary Care and they were able to get us in the same day! We’ve switched both of our dogs here for their Primary Care since then.
