We are so happy with Hickory Veterinary Primary Care in Ambler. We have been there before but recently, we had no issues scheduling a last minute appointment for my sick dog. I called regarding inquiries and they always pick up the phone. They truly put me at ease after our last visit and their communication was fabulous. The entire staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Shout out to Dr. Chi, Nicole, and Kayla for being extra wonderful!

Thank you Dr. Chi and the Hickory staff for showing great knowledge and compassion for my senior kitty, Belle. Since I am new to the area, I did not know a local vet, but Dr. Chi diagnosed and treated her with sincere compassion. My experience with Dr Chi and all the Hickory staff could not have been any better.

This place is horrible! I have been a client for a few years , 4 pets. The 2 good doctors left the practice . Now they just want your money and are very inexperienced . They charged me a late charge of $26 for being 5 min late during rush hour on a rescheduled visit! Refused to credit my account and argued over the bill ! They never have anyone waiting in the waiting room and never told me about any late fee! After I spent thousands of dollars thru the years .
