Helping Hands was phenomenal, from check in to pick up every single person I interacted with was so kind and patient. My pup never had surgery before and naturally I was super anxious but the pleasant experience really helped me stay calm and trust that he was in good hands. I highly recommend them!
Amazing cystotomy surgery done on my dog . They were loving, caring, and so professional. I highly recommend Helping Hands. Without them I couldnt afford for my dog to get surgery for months which was not acceptable. They set my heart and mind at ease with how caring they were for my dog. <3 thank you
Just used for 2nd time for dental and could not be happier. Great job Helping Hands!! Thank you❤
The staff at Helping Hands was great! They took great care of my fur baby.
I cannot express how thankful I am to all of the staff at Helping Hands! My kitten Cassie was scheduled for a tail amputation due to a birth defect. Once the vets got her to sleep they were able to really examine her tail. After that they were concerned about doing the surgery and called me right away. They were honest and understanding of the gravity of what was going on. My husband was at work and they let me call him to make a final decision that was right for her and us. I was a bit hesitant when I first found them becau... read more
They were the nicest people. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood all of what was going to happen.
My dog developed bone cancer in his leg and had to have it amputated. The local veterinary hospital quote for the surgery was more than I could come up with. Desperate and searching for other options, I stumbled across Helping Hands. Providing affordable surgical care is why they exist, and they are amazing at what they do. Because of Helping Hands, I was able to bring him to Virginia to have the surgery. They were nothing but kind, patient, transparent, and understanding through the whole process. They saved me many thousan... read more
Thank you for taking care of Sony yesterday. You had to remove all his teeth and. a tumor. I got him a few years ago and so thankful that his with us now and you all made it possible for him to feel better. Now he will relax and heal.
My kitten needed to have his leg amputated from a injury that happened before he was rescued from the streets. The staff was so respectful and helpful. The veterinarian called and discussed with me extensively regarding the surgery and the potential outcomes. Not once did they pass judgment on my decisions to attempt to give my kitten a chance at a better life. 2 months post surgery at 6 months of age he is the most fun loving kitten that doesn't let his special needs hold him back. Thank you Helping Hands!
