Words can’t do justice in explaining how good this place runs. I have been dealing with such a stressful situation, it makes me cry. Simply after calling this place on the phone, I already felt a humanly sense of care that I haven’t felt recently. The people running this place made me feel so at ease, without even knowing the mental state I’ve been in trying to handle the situation with my cat having been attacked. If I could give this place ten stars I would! The entire staff is super super sweet & caring, especially Gaby & Melissa. Dr. David & Dr. Adler are truly the best, they take their time explaining to you what is wrong with your fur baby. The entire staff truly goes above & beyond & you can tell they genuinely love animals & care for their well being. My cat Nueve & I are super appreciative of them!
Took my dog in to be seen for a ear hematoma. I was able to get in on the weekend which is wonderful due to my work schedule while also being open late. I was able to get in the same day I called. As well as booking needed surgery for the very next day. All the staff has great customer service which is really welcoming! They take their time with educating you as well with answering all your questions and concerns. I was very pleased and this location will be my go to!
Dr. Zanneti is no longer working there which is a relief because He was very cold to me about the health of my elderly chihuahua. I started seeing Dr. Adler (the owner) who is a compassionate vet. He truly cares about animals. Helped me making my dog comfortable to avoid surgery at age 15 to live a little longer. I’m so glad that He bought the practice because I’ve been a customer for 5 years. I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. The veterinarian, nurses, and entire staff are incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely caring. During a very scary time, they treated my cat with such gentleness and compassion, truly going above and beyond to help her.
