Warning!!! We took our healthy German Shepherd in for a standard surgery and two days later he was dead.The lack of sanitary operating conditions led to an infection. Although we notified the clinic on several occasions that something was wrong, no appropriate action was taken. We took the dog in the following day and they missed a severe and aggressive and spreading skin infection that lead to the dogs skin falling off.
