RecommendedAlways at the other end of the phone. They are all kind and considerate of how my pet is feeling when we walk-in the door. Nervous and shaking. Wi thing a few minutes, with Dr. John, she is A-OK. They are great about getting test results back quickly and checking all her vitals. The front desk staff is always courteous and timely. Dr. Ann and Dr. Rachel have been amazing. We just switched Vet Hospitals because the vet we were going to it was nothing but a revolving door they were rude and never gave us any answers and we’re leaving our Bull mastiff puppy Carla with serious illnesses untreated. They have both gone the extra mile to do the proper testing to get the actual diagnosis and have given her the medications needed to get her healthy again. I’m so glad to have found Hallet Vet services. I was referred to them for a nail that curled and imbedded in my pups paw. (During corona, my regular shop was closed). They immediately were able to address his issue. What a relief! We imagine the worst and everyone took great care of Rosco, even tho he is a bit grumpy. 😬 Then our new pup, Bailey met all the folks at Hallet and had a successful spay and lots of TLC! We have 3 dogs, and the HALLETT docs and their staff have been with us thru thick and thin over the years. Always accessible...extremely responsive...compassionate...straight forward. From the staff that answers the phone to the vet assistants to Dr Mike and Dr Heidi, all consummate professionals. They are key to our ability to responsibly care for our pack! I switched vets when we got our Lab, Gemma. I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. I think Gemma is getting used to them too!
Everyone is very professional and caring for the welfare of your pet. Don’t forget their grooming operations Next Door. I take our little angel Charley there for nail trim and grooming and she always gets great care!!
