I took my Doberman and my Cane Corso in today for their first visit with this clinic. I was super impressed by how comfortable my dogs were in their care. Both the techs and the vet (Dr Kinser) were amazing! I appreciated how thoroughly they explained everything, their recommendations regarding any concerns, any necessary shots and how attentive they were to my dogs needs. Looks like a wonderful start to our new relationship! Thank you 🙏
Two paws up! My phone call to make the appointment was answered by a gentleman who was thorough, kind, and patient. Once I arrived at the facility, my Betty Lou and I were quickly taken to an exam room where the vet tech was so sweet to my dog and effectively answered my questions. The vet was knowledgeable and did a great job on the exam and gave good directions for future wellness of my aging pup. After all of this, I found the price to be reasonable. I have received excellent, compassionate care for my two cats. One of my cats suffered a broken leg, last August, which resulted in radial nerve damage. His leg was amputated in Kalamazoo. His primary vet in Greenville, at the time, would not remove the sutures since they did not place the stitches. The return trip to Kalamazoo would have been traumatic. I had a bad experience at another vet so I switched here. I had an amazing experience and they took the time to let my dog warm up to them. I was very relieved by the end of the visit! We saw Dr. Kinser and she was great. The tech was amazing too! I was nervous for the visit so I did not remember her name, but she has some pretty cool dreads! Thank you for your amazing care!
From start to finish our visit was wonderful! Everyone was kind and courteous. Both the vet tech and vet really listened to my concerns about my dog’s allergies. We will be switching from Town & Country and going to Greenville Animal Hospital from now on. I was extremely impressed with all of the current technology that they offer for my animals.
