The staff at GAH helped us through a heartbreaking time when we had to euthanize our old boy Ryker. Thomas was compassionate when he took us back to our room and our Vet tech Kimberly explained the procedure and helped us feel prepared and less anxious. Dr. Shindorf has always been kind and caring. Her gentle and unhurried manner made this so much easier for us. I would strongly recommend Dr. Shindorf and her staff for any of your pet’s needs. The staff at Greenville Animal Hospital went above and beyond for our boy. It was his first visit to the vet, with us, and to say the least he was very nervous and they showed him so much love and compassion it put us at ease, and most importantly our Beau. They took care of all of his needs and even helped us stay within a budget. We most definitely recommend Dr Kinser and Ashley or Thomas as your Technician!
When I brought my cat here she had a tooth infection and they decided to pull it which I agreed too I wasn’t allowed to ask questions but after surgery I knew something wasn’t right so I brought her to a different vet to get a second opinion. Come to find out my cat went septic and it was so bad she passed away so I literally paid for my cat to die. I wish I could give Zero stars!
Two paws up! My phone call to make the appointment was answered by a gentleman who was thorough, kind, and patient. Once I arrived at the facility, my Betty Lou and I were quickly taken to an exam room where the vet tech was so sweet to my dog and effectively answered my questions. The vet was knowledgeable and did a great job on the exam and gave good directions for future wellness of my aging pup. After all of this, I found the price to be reasonable. Greenville Animal Hospital is such an incredible place. We had to bring our sweet cat to be put to sleep and the staff was so caring. They were kind, understanding, and supportive with our decision. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Greenville Animal Hospital Team for all you do.
