Our dog stayed in their care since she was a puppy and recently turned 12 and had some major health issues. My family had to make the hard decision of Letting her go. The care team at Greenville animal hospital was incredible, gave us time to say goodbye and thoroughly explained what to expect. I am so beyond thankful for all those that helped my family through this difficult time, it made a terrible day so much easier. The vet was good but too expensive and unnecessary. They require a doctor visit for every single time for any vaccine which costs too much while being absolutely unnecessary when it's just about vaccine and they have no issues at all. other vets provide vaccines separately.
The staff at GAH helped us through a heartbreaking time when we had to euthanize our old boy Ryker. Thomas was compassionate when he took us back to our room and our Vet tech Kimberly explained the procedure and helped us feel prepared and less anxious. Dr. Shindorf has always been kind and caring. Her gentle and unhurried manner made this so much easier for us. I would strongly recommend Dr. Shindorf and her staff for any of your pet’s needs. The staff at Greenville Animal Hospital went above and beyond for our boy. It was his first visit to the vet, with us, and to say the least he was very nervous and they showed him so much love and compassion it put us at ease, and most importantly our Beau. They took care of all of his needs and even helped us stay within a budget. We most definitely recommend Dr Kinser and Ashley or Thomas as your Technician!
Two paws up! My phone call to make the appointment was answered by a gentleman who was thorough, kind, and patient. Once I arrived at the facility, my Betty Lou and I were quickly taken to an exam room where the vet tech was so sweet to my dog and effectively answered my questions. The vet was knowledgeable and did a great job on the exam and gave good directions for future wellness of my aging pup. After all of this, I found the price to be reasonable.
