I would rather go to a vet in hell before I'd ever take another one of my babies there. I scheduled a sonogram for my pregnant dog, I went in to pick her up she was sedated out cold on the floor. never asked permission not even said they might sedate her. I never ever would of agreed to having her sedated especially being pregnant, I was in tears!!!!!
horrible service and very rude secretary named christi..cancelled a 1600 surgery due to extremely rude staff and incompetence..my dog is 10 years old and has went there his whole life but they can't even keep his records together..asked simple questions about concern and was given very rude attitude to the point after I asked for my money back and am going elsewhere..highly do not recommend....beware......
I moved so I switched vets. Best friends is right down the road so I made an appt just for shots. I have 2 dogs between 5-12lbs and are 8 years old. I've never paid more than 175 for both of them combined for shots and any medicine that they needed. This place charged me 487.00!!! Couldn't believe it. Staff was great but who can afford these prices?
