try being honest and fair. follow the rules you set for your Facebook contest. how can you trust them with your pets if they can't follow the rules they set and be fair and honest. After seeing them do this i dont feel comfortable bringing my pet to them anymore. Gotta wonder how anyone would want to bring their pet here to a place that does this and thinks it's ok.
