RecommendedKayte did an amazing job. I’m so glad she was the one on call and got to help take care of one of our babies. She got him all patched up from getting into with another dog. Always a great experience! The vets are very knowledgeable and stay informed of the most up-to-date treatments for your pets. The support staff is also terrific. They have a fear free practice where your pet is given treats and loved on by the staff until your pet is ready to be treated. Plus you check out in the exam room instead of in the lobby while trying to keep track of your pet! Love the in room checkout!
I have been taking my pets to Best Friends Animal Clinic for almost 30yrs now. The professionalism, knowledge of the staff, and care and compassion that they all have for animals is second to none! I have never once had a bad experience and the care that your pet will receive is always first rate! I am beyond thankful for the amazing staff at Best Friends. We have always had excellent care with our fur babies. Here recently our golden retriever was hit by a vehicle. A simple procedure for wound repairs turned quickly into a life saving measure when it was found Lucy and a collapsed lung and blood in her chest cavity. Dr Gretchen saved her life. From the beginning as a pup and several visits later, BFAH has shown the greatest interest in the well being of or our grown dog. I never thought of comparing cost as our best friend's health was our main priority and BFAH has always been patient in explaining all procedures and the importance of health maintenance. We have 7 dogs and a cat. I gladly entrust all of my animals' care to the doctors and staff at Best Friend's. The staff is kind, friendly, and very helpful whereas the doctors are definitely passionate about the animals they help. They are very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to explain diagnoses and treatment options. They are incredibly compassionate when you have to make an end-of-life decision for your pet. My animals are in the best hands here at this clinic.
