This is the best veterinary office we have been to. The doctors are skilled and incredibly kind. The staff as well always make us feel welcome. They have supported us in caring for our older dog in his last years and were incredibly compassionate when it was time to say goodbye. They always greet our younger dog like a family pet. We feel confident leaving her for a cleaning in their caring hands. I highly recommend this office.
My visit to Green Dog was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel like my pet was in good hands. The vet was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, and I really appreciated the thorough explanation of my cat's care plan. This is probably the greatest and most dream-like veterinary clinic I have ever been to. The design and atmosphere of the Van Nuys location is really spacious and kept immaculate; it hardly seems like a treatment place for pets but more of a beautiful and inviting environment. My cat needed an emergency procedure and they made sure I got her in within 24 hours of my message. Super nice location and building. Each customer gets a private space. Staff is really nice and knowledgeable. We didn't have pet insurance so the CT scan was costly but in the price range as expected. Green Dog is such a great vibe I would only bring my dog here if I didn't live so far away in Pasadena.
Great place! Very clean, staff is friendly, smells good, and they play cool music. My dog was happy leaving there after having his teeth cleaned. They suggested other things but no pressure at all. It was a pleasant experience for both of us.
