I was worried that with the gunk on her teeth they would need to use a sedative, but they truly do only use that if absolutely necessary. The intake staff and the doctor were incredibly patient, listened to all of my concerns, and gave great advice and dental product recommendations. Amazing facility, and staff. They are so sweet to my dog and take care of everything. It’s nice to have a great place to trust with my fur baby.
Everyone took their time explaining the process and answering all my questions, as always, and the new facilities in Van Nuys are really nice.
