Absolutely love this vet! I have gone to both Van Nuys and Venice locations and everyone is super helpful. They also text so if you have any questions, they can help via text (except doctor-required information, of course). A huge shout out to Shelby, Sierra, Brittany, Acelyn, and Crystal--all extremely helpful and sweet staff members. My dog needed quite a few teeth removed and within a few days of calling had a really successful surgery at the hands of incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable doctors and staff. Cher is feeling great and we’re so happy we chose green dog! Everyone is so kind here & mindful of costs/budget and your and your dogs experience — I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys!
Edit after response from owner: I brought my basset hound Freckles here after our previous Vet moved locations. They originally were great and provided a great service, but over time became harder to work with. They made it excessively difficult for us to renew our dogs heartworm medication (three additional visits needed?) and the manager Tiffany was unpleasant and accusatory with both me and my wife over the phone. I noticed many other recent 1 star reviews and am glad I'm taking my little doggy elsewhere :)

Highly recommend Green Dog. Great experience from start to finish. Was greeted by professional and positive front desk lady who was there to help me and guide through my dog’s dental procedure every step. Ambiance of the waiting area is just perfect with designer details that made it warm and welcoming. Just perfect! Doctor was great as well, walked me through findings after the procedure and most importantly I felt that he was there to care for my dog and not suggest unnecessary procedures. Five stars!
