Incredibly devastated. I took my 5 year old foster dog in to be desexed yesterday and when I came to pick her up I was told she had already been desexed!! The vet said after they couldn’t find the parts that needed to be removed so they then looked into her microchipping details to find it had been confirmed she was previously desexed. Why was this not checked BEFORE she went into surgery?? This poor sweet girl has already gone through hell and now she has had major surgery which could have been completely avoidable!! We had a great experience at FurLife Torquay. Took our pup in for his vaccinations. The vet & staff were all lovely and very helpful. Pup was very comfortable too.
We have recently brought 9 Dachshund puppies into the word and I can't thank George and all the gorgeous vet nurses and admin staff at the Highton and Torquay practice. The care, support and guidance has been incredible. So responsive and the follow up contact very personable thank you so much.
The wonderful staff at Fur Life helped us through the challenging end of life stages for our beautiful dog Dusty. We are so grateful for the care and support they gave us.
Our bearded dragon, Spikey, came into the vet in a terrible state. (Almost dead.) The amazing staff brought her back to life and allowed us to take her home. Reception was comforting us and offering us water, vets and nurses nutured spike back to life. We couldn't be more grateful for their care and love they gave to us and Spikey.
