I had the most pleasant experience today at the Easyvet veterinarian clinic at Pet smart. It started with a very polite, knowledgeable, and well spoken receptionist. The Veterinarian was thoughtful and listened carefully to all of the information I had about my dog, and with that,came up with a very helpful plan of care for my elderly dog Bella. I will be returning with my two other dogs very soon.. Thank you so much!
We had a great experience when we took our cat to see Dr Pete Otovic. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained things well and was very calm and sweet to our cat. His follow up was excellent too. Thank you!
Great experience. They were wonderful and sensitive to the comfort of my German Shepherd. Assessment and giving good recommendations, while respecting my feelings and intentions. My GSD didn't even notice when he gave the needed shots. 10 out of 10, for sure.
Very friendly staff and handled my kitten very gentle and kindly. They were knowledgeable and gave us the help my little fur baby needs. Although it was pricey (because what vet isn’t..) In the end I was very pleased with their work!
Very friendly staff and quickly provided everything we needed. However, they were fairly insistent upon giving my puppies Benadryl for a rabies shot when I told them it was unnecessary and then proceeded to charge $15 for it after a Pet Assure discount. In addition I was charged for a wellness check up which I am not even sure happened as they took the pups out of the room and returned them less than five minutes later.
