BAD SERVICE.......AVOID! After four requests and spending close to $1,000 dollars for shots and baths for my three dogs I have yet to receive a copy of the records showing the vaccinations for two of my dogs. I have requested an email, and have requested to print them off and let me pick them up. Not once has the staff followed through. RecommendedMy shitzu rescue was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure and MedVet had put her on a series of Meds to control the issue. At the same time they said I had to go ahead and set further visits up with my regular vet. Well since I was freaking out I asked if they had someone who focused on heart conditions, and while they did not they had Dr. Ellsworth talk to me and walk me through what we would have to do going forward. Great place to get vet care. Boarding your dog? They will find any reason to charge you for the slightest upset stomach, or an itch, or most recent a bee sting in THEIR care. Somehow without your approval you get charged 150-250 dollars for dr check up, blood drawn, and 55 in medication. For a bee sting. It's a racket and we've heard from others that they had the same problem. They look for any reason to upcharge up your boarding fees.
