It has taken me almost a year to write this but I finally have the courage and emotional strength to do so. On May 19th 2023, my wife was rushing around trying to get our dog care as he was having labored breathing and a weird wheezing like cough. At the time, she was closest to City Pet Hospital. My wife took our dog in and asked to be seen as it was urgent (you could visibly see our dog suffering) and she was turned away and was recommended a place in San Mateo to take him. Best Vet experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful during our first visit. Baby (the cat) was nervous but not scared. Scheduled her next appointment as I left which was very helpful due to my schedule. Thank you City Pets Staff!
I am new to the area and needed a good veterinarian, and I was so happy that I found City Pet Hospital. They treated my dog with such care, even though he was very scared to be there. I highly recommend this hospital for your pet's care.
The staff was very friendly and quickly assist me with my issues. The doctor was also friendly and professional. She explained everything regarding Benny for this visit as well as his past visit. I feel they truly care about Benny as much as I do. Thank you for everything ~
I went to bring my pet for a exam and shots The service is excellent Becka at the desk show concern addressed me respectfully then right away the technician Amanda ask me concerning questions my dog Roxie is 16 years old usually I’m very sensitive about someone touch my dog I felt very comfortable. And then Dr Chan came and did a thorough examination Roxie was very comfortable I’m so please of the service and for those that I wrote about thank you sincerely. Steven
