Just like an emergency room for humans, it gets busy and crazy! But they communicate so well, everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor are sweet and caring! My blue had to go twice in a week span. We finally figured out he ate a charger of some sort and they were able to remove it without surgery saving me $1,000s of dollars! So thankful for this place!

Unfortunately, our Bane had his second experience at this location. Yes the wait was long, but he was not critical and there were some very sick dogs that came in while I was waiting. So I understood needing to be bumped down so the dogs that needed immediate care could get it. Our regular vet wouldn’t be able to see him for two weeks, so waiting a few hours was better. I can not say enough good things about Dr. O’Donnell and his staff. They were amazing in this 6 month journey with our German Shepherd. The care and love they have shown him has meant so much. THANK YOU !!!!💙 🐾🐾

Thank you to Dr. Trutwin and staff for being so kind and compassionate during an extremely difficult time for our family. Our 14yr old sweet Dudley Lab, Cammie-Jo came in Wednesday night, unable to breathe and we had to say our goodbyes. Cammie-Jo, along with our entire family were made very comfortable which helped the difficult process run as smoothly as possible. I felt that she was in very good hands and treated kindly. Our female dog was hurt in a fight late on a Saturday night. We thought her leg was broken, and she was pretty beat up. The doctors and staff there took such great care of her. They were attentive, organized, friendly, and the cost was not excessive. We are so thankful they were open and able to help us. Our girl is on the mend thanks to them! You all do great work! Thank you!

Today was my first consultation appointment w Dr Pugliese for my greyhound who needed spleen surgery. Greyhounds are unique dogs with unusual labs and personalities. It has been extremely hard to find someone that I trust w my grey. I have had 27 years experience in veterinary practice so I am very picky who I trust w my dog.
