We recently had to go throw a very hard couple of days, our new puppy became very sick, first we thought it was upset stomach, then we realized it was more serious, we decided to take Lucy(our puppy) to Central Texas Veterinary Emergency Hospital. She was seen really quick by Dr. Roxana Khorzad, after running some test she was diagnosed with acute renal failure, she was in a very bad condition, the doctor gave me a 50% chance of survival. We were devastated, we really thought she was not going to make it. But the doctor keep... read more

As I patiently sat and waited for our consultation, I watched the CTVSH team greet each patient and the way they interacted with the pet owners. It was now our turn. Dr Alice Ruck called us back and listened so intently to me. I was told my yorkie, Dusty, was going to require surgery for a torn ACL and meniscus, followed by 3 months of PT and strict downtime.
