I’ve been using Ctvs Round Rock location for years with my fur babies and their emergencies. But in January my beloved baby got diagnosed with lymphoma. Dr Harris and her amazing oncology team were so amazing in helping me navigate through and find the right treatment plan for him. My first experience with this hospital was 5 years ago with an emergency for my puppy who injured herself and required an amputation on a Sunday night. The staff and doctors were friendly and comforting and cared for my fur baby like she was their own. Today, I have another pup who is getting his ACL tear(s) repaired and the staff are treating him (and us) like their own cherished family members. This is the place for your fur babies who need specialty surgeries and /or specialty services!

My dog was at end of life due to esophageal cancer that had spread to her lungs. She was suffering and it was time to go the heaven. The whole staff were so very supportive through the entire process, and allowed all the time my husband and I needed to say our goodbyes before and after she went to sleep forever. Thank you so much CTVS for making such a difficult decision and process as comforting as it could be for my furry baby and her parents. Mom and Dad love you so much Libby and we miss you deeply already.

Tonight our 19 year old Riley crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. He was a wonderful and sweet boy. He will be forever missed. He met up with his brother Tux who went before him in 2020 at the age of 17. They are together again. Love you so much Riley and we will forever miss you both. 😥❤️😥❤️😥❤️. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They took my dog at 3:30 am... he's a lab and I couldn't lift him out of my car. They came with support and smiles to my car and assured me they'd take the best care of him. Not only did they save his life, they called and checked in, allowed us to visit and were mindful of my financial situation (he's a rescue and I had a small budget) My Toby would absolutely not be alive if it wasn't for this amazing staff /team. Highly recommend.

Just like an emergency room for humans, it gets busy and crazy! But they communicate so well, everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor are sweet and caring! My blue had to go twice in a week span. We finally figured out he ate a charger of some sort and they were able to remove it without surgery saving me $1,000s of dollars! So thankful for this place!
