We have used your facility in the past for our dog Utley's hip replacement and today had to say goodbye to our border collie/Pyrenees who died of metastatic hemangiosarcoma at age 11. Dr Rae (I think) was one of the most compassionate and competent veterinarians I have ever met and all the techs and office staff were incredibly competent and helpful. I am so glad your facility exists and even more that it's close by!

Business response:

You guys are the best. Wish you could be our regular vets.

I want to commend Sam for excellent service and people skills. I had to be there 3 nights in a row from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am. Sam made the experience much more palatable. She is an asset to your team.

Business response:

Joe, Sam is an amazing asset and we are very proud she was able to make your experience manageable. We wish you and your 4 legged family a safe and warm holidays.

Firstly I want to thank Dr. Kerpsack for saving my cat. Ranger (my indoor/outdoor cat) started bleeding randomly from his chest around 2:30 in the afternoon on a Friday with no visible lacerations, punctures, or hair loss. I took him into our regular vet immediately and they could not figure out what was going on. They sent me home with Ranger and I noticed the bleeding was getting progressively worse. The next step was to take him to a veterinary emergency room. I took him to the South Austin location and Dr. Kerpsack immed... read more

Business response:

I’m new to the area & my French Bulldog was pregnant & required a c-section. The staff was helpful over the phone and Dr Kerpsack did the surgery. My Frenchie had appetite loss& nausea after the surgery & Dr Kerpsack diagnosed the problem and gave us medication that gave us our healthy happy girl back. Kudos to incredible care! Thank you Dr Kerpsack & staff at CTVH.

Business response:

I was very impressed from the moment my dog and I walked into the doors. The front desk staff was beyond helpful. They made the welcome very pleasant. While waiting to go to the back, one of the receptionist came and sat with us and played with my dog. We went to the back and waited for Dr. Runk sat down with us and listen to the history of my dogs illness. After suggesting a Ultra Sound which was the cheapest of all options, she felt like surgery was not an option at this time. She said that my dog was acting fine and norma... read more
