Great, friendly staff and a special thank you to Dr Barnes for being gentle and thorough with Sami when examining his eyes.Also.appreciate her sense of humor when having to pull hair out of his "hairy eyeball" all the time. Wouldn't have anyone else. Thank you so very much

Our kitty was critically sick. The team of doctors took excellent care of both he & us. We really appreciated the personal phone calls from the veterinarians who cared for our pet around the clock. After a very difficult week, our kitty is on the mend & back home with our family! We can't thank CTVSEH enough!

We came to the South location because my French Bulldog had a leg injury. The Reception front desk technicians, vet technicians/nurses, and Dr.Runk were all very helpful, caring and informative. Dr Runk spent time thoroughly explaining all his injuries as well as all options. Thank you so much to Dr. Runk and all staff for taking care of us through this scary time. Ralphie and I are so grateful!

I want to give the highest compliment to Emma, the billing manager. I was distraught about an accidental charge using my Care Credit that was processed as a MasterCard charge, meaning I would have to pay the very large balance in full to avoid high interest! It was supposed to be charged to Care Credit, but with COVID restrictions no one could go into the building.
