I am not from Austin I am from San Antonio, and the last thing I wanted to do was to go visit an emergency room for my dog when he stopped breathing. I happened to come across central Texas veterinary specialty and emergency hospital when I googled emergency hospitals in the area. I walked in a complete and total mess I don’t even remember what I said to the receptionist, but a super sweet woman ran out and and carried in my 90 pound bulldog on her own which I could never do. Unfortunately my dog passed away. His name was Ki... read more

Thank you Dr Knox and the very kind efficient Vet Tech gentleman who picked up Rocky from our car and the entire team of CTVSH. We thank you for helping Rocky in his last moments with pain and sedation. We are eternally indebted to all of you and grateful for your professionalism a... read more

Dr. Rae and the staff were wonderful. With one exception. I called back several days later to clarify discharge instructions (on May 29th, 8:30am) and spoke with and incredibly rude woman that was so dismissive and lacking in compassion. I wanted to leave a message with Dr Rae and she demeaned my request, was very short and curt and un-accommodating.frankly I am fearful that she will do nothing on my behalf even though she said she would. She gets a one star. My dog is very sick and I’m just looking for answers and a little ... read more

Business response:
