I’ve been a client here for almost 3 years, my pets have always received excellent care, and they saw my dog on emergency twice this year. I’ll always appreciate how they worked to get him in no matter how busy they are. Recently had to say goodbye to my guy, Dr. Edward’s was truly excellent. Exceptional care, compassionate, and patient. I can’t thank her and her team enough for making a very hard day a little easier.
Sadly we had to put our 11 yr old Boxer down last week. Cascade was so generous with their compassion, empathy, time and warmth. They kept us informed of what was happening with each step of the process, gave us space and time with her, and gave her lots of love and attention, right along with us. They were kind enough to mail us 5 paw prints and 5 nose prints, which we will treasure forever. Thank you Cascade for your service - it meant the world to us on such a sad day.
Excellent staff. Excellent facilities. Best vet in the valley, based on my experience and everything I've heard. I miss dr Cathy in Leavenworth, as many here do, but time moves on and things change. Cascade vet seems to be the best option.
Cascade Vet treated us with genuine care and integrity, giving my dog a thoughtful assessment instead of pushing unnecessary services. In a moment that felt like an emergency, their honesty and compassion made all the difference, and I’m truly grateful.
I've been going here since 01 (my 3rd dog) this was Jack's 1st visit since he was a pup he was 52 pounds more than 3/31/25 (36#). That being said he made it about 10' from the entrance then put it in reverse so I had to carry his BIG wiggling butt inside. Which left everyone in the lobby with a big grin. Besides wrestling him on the scale before the visit, it was relatively quick (not fast enough for Jack) and painless.
