I’ve been a client here for almost 3 years, my pets have always received excellent care, and they saw my dog on emergency twice this year. I’ll always appreciate how they worked to get him in no matter how busy they are. Recently had to say goodbye to my guy, Dr. Edward’s was truly excellent. Exceptional care, compassionate, and patient. I can’t thank her and her team enough for making a very hard day a little easier.
Downside: Took me months to get an appointment & they quoted me $6,000 dollars for my two dogs ($3,000 each) to have 2 teeth pulled. Backstory: I have two very gentle, small female dogs. A Mini Schnauzer (15 lbs) & a 5 year old Mini Aussie (25 lbs). Both dogs don't bark & just sit quietly (scared/shaking/submissive) while at the vet. I can not understand the logic behind a dog getting 2 teeth pulled costing $3,000. I've been going here since 01 (my 3rd dog) this was Jack's 1st visit since he was a pup he was 52 pounds more than 3/31/25 (36#). That being said he made it about 10' from the entrance then put it in reverse so I had to carry his BIG wiggling butt inside. Which left everyone in the lobby with a big grin. Besides wrestling him on the scale before the visit, it was relatively quick (not fast enough for Jack) and painless. Fantastic service and very reasonable charges for care over the weekend. They quickly found and removed the cheat grass awn from our dog’s ear and we were on our way in less than an hour. All the staff were incredible. Can’t ask for more and Cascade will be my first call for urgent care needs in the area.
