This clinic is amazing. My dog had a dental last year and she did great. The doctor, Dr. Allphin was so sweet, kind and explained everything that was done during the procedure and what aftercare would be needed. Knowledgeable doctors and support staff. Everyone was very nice.

This is a great place for your dog the staff will treat your dog with the love and care as if they were their own dogs. They even have an area for the smaller dogs in case they're a little more nervous about the bigger dogs. They let me and my dogs tour the kennel before making a decision and never pressured me to make a decision. All dogs there seemed happy and had easy access to an outdoor segment of their own unit. Unfortunately my poor puppy was bit by a bigger dog and we needed to get her checked out. She received care at Eastmont and I found everyone to be compassionate caring and competent. I really appreciated Dr Harmeling taking the time to talk to both me and my husband separately since I insisted I needed to hear the updates for myself (crazy dog mom). The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was above and beyond traditional standards. They were attentive and friendly to my pet and made the visit easy and enjoyable. I for one will be a life long client of Eastmont animal clinic. The time it took for me to walk in and the. Walk out was very brief. They were there right when I walked in and helped me right after i was out of the observation room. Great place to get your animals checked up.

The staff at Eastmont are always friendly and caring. Dr. Hein is wonderful. He is very gentle with both dogs and cats and listens to his clients. I would highly recommend using his clinic.

When I first brought my dogs to thievery they were great but after that they gotten to be very rude and inconsiderate. I am not going to bring my babies to them again. I will consider going back to my old vet in Moses lake. At least they are truly caring for animals and the owners
