We recently moved to the area and took our Rottweiler in today for an issue with his ears. The staff were so friendly and helpful and to my surprise were able to clean my dogs ears without sedating him (my previous vet would not). They did a great job with him and made sure he was at ease and comfortable.
We have been going to all the Cascade Veterinarian Clinics in Leavenworth and Wenatchee with our 5 years, 9 months old Labrador since he was 8 weeks old. From allergies, focal seizures and acid reflux, we have received nothing less than excellent support and service from all the clinics. Shout out to Dr. Hambleton, Dr. Edwards and Dr. Brownlee!! 🙏🙏🙏
This place is just ok. Can rarely get an appt when you need it. We've seen Dr. brownlee a few times, and he seems very inexperienced. He wasn't able to diagnose our dogs stomach issues (.did not even do an abdominal exam, did not listen to heart/ lungs) and told us he wasn't sure what to do next. I am a provider as well. I would never tell a patient I don't know what to do next, and then not do anything. A vet tech friend was able to diagnose gastritis. Simple, easy, improved with simple treatments. Second time visiting these folks for urgent care needs from farther up the valley - Dr. Collier and his team got us in quickly and helped us navigate a scary situation efficiently and with great care for us and our pup. Highly recommended for urgent needs, I wish we were close enough to use them as our primary care.
Leo has been a patient for over 6 years, he loves Dr. Alphin and the team at both Cascade Wenatchee and East Wenatchee. He sees Dr. Alphin for his regular check ups and wenatchee emergency vet is always there for when urgent matters rise.
