How they stay so calm, compassionate, and positive when your world is in a critical condition.. I dont know!! But they do! My baby came in with a high fever and terrible hives last minute memorial day weekend!! Everyone was very clear with what was going on and answered any question I had. I cannot say enough amazing things about this critical care vet. I am vacationing in Hilton Head and had a scare with my cat, and they were so incredibly kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable. They gave me patience and time to make hard decisions, and ask lots of questions. I cannot say enough amazing things about CVCC. Our cat, Butters, needed immediate surgery, and at the time we were at another urgent pet care in Savannah being quoted an exorbitant amount of money that we couldn't afford. We were fearing the worst. We were recommended CVCC and called immediately for a quote. As soon as we spoke with Mckenzie, we knew we were in the right hands. Thank God for Carolina Veterinary Critical Care! Annette, Sarah and Dr Peronie were the answer to our prayers during an after hours emergency with our little 13 year old Mini Schnauzer, Pepper. My kitty fell off my balcony and broke his arm. Carolina Veterinary was able to get him in as soon as we could get here (I did call beforehand) and they were very helpful and informative. Annette at the front desk was lovely and lighthearted during a hard situation. The pricing was very reasonable especially for being after hours and they were upfront about all of the costs before anything was done. Their work was wonderful and I would definitely come here again. They saved my kitty
