The staff at Care Animal Hospital are so compassionate and caring. My dog needed to cross the rainbow bridge, after two grand mal seizures affected her ability to walk. We needed to put her down on a Sunday. Care Animal Hospital was the only vet open on that day, other than the emergency vet clinic. They fit us into their schedule. They made sure our dog was comfortable and gave us time with her. Dr. Brewer reassured us our dog was at peace and ready to cross the bridge. He was so gentle with her. first place I saw open on a sun. my cat Dos woke up not right..he had been fading. called them got me in.. wooshed me in the door so I didnt sit. beautiful room they have for just the right occasion (had to put him down).. so nice everyone..give you all the time you need. and there is a backdoor to not have to walk back thru lobby looking like a mess. 5 star service feel bad I didn't use them all along.

Care is the best! Any time Daytona has an issue, they fit us in, take amazing care of him, and are always extra kind! We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
We have been going to Care for over 16 years. After our black lab passed away we bought a dog from a place that claimed to be a rescue, only to find out he had parvovirus. We were not sure if he would survive but our hearts told us we needed to try. We left him with the staff over Thanksgiving and they were great, they gave us daily updates on him. A week and a half ago I had an appointment for my cat, Leah. She’s a very sweet kitty until she has to leave the house � Needless to say, she was really not having it that day and quite sassy towards the staff. No matter how many hisses or growls she gave, Dr. Strecker and the staff were positive, stayed calm, and strived to make it a positive experience for her.
