Care Animal Hospital, especially since the move to its remarkable new facility, is everything we've ever wanted in a primary care veterinary clinic. Every single doctor is attentive, genuine and compassionate. The customer experience for the humans is ideal (no long waits in waiting rooms, access to a glass of water, multiple washrooms, comfortable seating, quiet rooms where our pets are calm and safe, etc.). Everyone is so wonderful to work with; from making appointments to checking out. Dr. Feltes is the best, most caring and knowledgeable Dr. She is wonderful with Mason and it truly show's that she cares about him. I wouldn't go to any other facility for Mason's care.
Today was my first visit at Care Animal Hospital and words can’t describe how impressed I was. Everything from the staff calling me the day before my first appointment to go over food to make my baby less stressed out for his appointment and then emailing me hand outs as well. Then when I arrived today I was so impressed at what a beautiful office it was and loved that in the exam rooms they had a bench instead of chairs because typically Jock will Go into a room and he will hide under the chairs and it’s hard to get him out... read more
