I take my dog and cat here and I really loved the care my dog had been receiving up until today. She has to be on a medication daily for itching and has obviously been seen multiple times for this issue but when I called for a refill today they refused to fill because she is due for a wellness exam. I offered to bring her in within the month for the exam (just can't this very moment) and they still would not fill. Stay away from this so called animal clinic. They are a bunch of crooks. They charge for procedures they don't perform and tell you your pet needs emergency surgery costing outrageous amounts of money. I brought my dog to them, they said they did an ultrasound of my dog, (when asked for copies of the ultra sound none could be provided.) They told me my dog had Pyometra and needed surgery costing $1,585 to start, but could go up.
