Prices are high. Doctor and manager does not reply to customers request in a timely manor. Need to schedule unnecessary appointment for allergy shot in order for them to make revenue. IMO And WOW..... look at all the other discontent customers below. There is a hand full and all have good reason to be discontent.

I have been a client for over 15 years. They failed to provide adequate services for my daughters cat. They proscribed a pain killer that says not to use for a cats with kidney issues. Their expert opinion was to euthanize the cat. I took him off the pain killers and he recovered with a week. They then had the gaul to ask us to bring him back for more tests when they they didn't run them on the initial visit. I will no longer use them as I have lost all trust that they provide adequate care.

The vets are great if you can get to them past the rude office manager. They are all about money and getting you in for as many appointments as they can. People can’t afford the vet care anymore so they aren’t getting the care they need and they don’t help. We have been going there almost since they first opened so it saddens me to leave but we can no longer afford to pay an emergency visit for every little thing.
